IKMAL’s history begins in the early 2007 when a team of experienced and adept engineers sat together to establish an engineering and construction firm that could take active part in the reconstruction of ruined Afghanistan. With the liability towards the nation the name “IKMAL” was chosen which means to accomplish. Thus began a history of uninterrupted and accelerated development.
